PCD Transducers Literature

Electro-pneumatic transducers are used to convert current or voltage input signals to proportional output pressures. They are used for process control in valves, pneumatic relays and flow regulators. The PCD division of Marsh Bellofram designs and manufactures high-precision voltage-to-pressure (E/P), current-to-pressure (I/P), and pressure-to-current (P/I) transducers for a variety of industrial and OEM applications.

Marsh Bellofram designs and manufactures a complete line of servo pressure controllers, including both traditional and analog circuit card models, to suit a variety of OEM, industrial, HVAC and medical device and equipment process control applications.

The T2200 series direct operated poppet valves are compact in size, provide large flow capacity and low power consumption. The T2200 valve is a single valve, multi ported for 2 way and 3 way operation. Options include standard and continuous operation, standalone use or manifold and flying leads or DIN terminal. The manifold mounted valve can be easily operate through ethernet or PLC control in robotics and automation installations.

Marsh Bellofram 2023 & 2018 Filter-Regulator-Lubricators (FRLs) feature modular design to eliminate fittings between components and save space. These devices are available in multiple sizes ranging from 1/8" to 1" NPT with varying flow rates by size/series, four filter variants ranging from 5 to 50 micron and hand adjustable drip rates. Marsh Filter Regulator Lubricator systems are ideal for cost effective treatment of compressed air.

• Lubricators feature polycarbonate bowls, with field-settable dials providing variable lubrication between 0 and 90 drips per minute.

The Marsh Instruments Digital Pressure Indicator is portable, lightweight, hand-held testing and calibrating instrument that indicates pressure to 50 psig at accuracy levels of ±0.25% of reading ±1 count.
