Clean Steam Traps
CDH Series Sanitary Thermostatic Steam Trap
The CDH Series steam traps are balanced pressure design with Inconel® welded bellows capable of releasing condensate within 10°F / -12°C of saturated pressure. All other interior wetted components are of 316L stainless steel. It has an interior body finish of at least 20 µ in. Ra and exterior body finish of at least 32 µ in. Ra. Trap utilizes sanitary body clamp allowing disassembly for inspection or cleaning and be entirely self draining in horizontal or angle piping configuration. Trap end connections are standard tri-clamp. Thermostatic actuator employs a conical valve lapped to the seat. Traps have SLR orifice where drainage at saturated temperatures is required.

DS Series Steam Traps
The DS Series Steam Trap is thermostatically actuated and maintenance free. Actuator is a single piece, fail open design consisting of 1.2" diameter, welded 316L stainless steel components with wetted body surfaces finished to 20 µ inch Ra or better. Trap is self draining when installed vertically in piping systems. Traps have tube or universal ferruled connections. Ferruled connections are Tri-clamp compatible and designed to fit both 1/2" and 3/4" service.

Dura-flo inverted bucket steam trap discharges condensate, air and other noncondensible gases without loss of steam.
FTE Series Float and Thermostatic Trap
FTE Series of ball float and thermostatic traps can be supplied in cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and S.G. iron body materials. All ball float traps are fitted with an integral balanced pressure type thermostatic air went. The FTE Series is available with horizontal in line connections. However, in case of FTE-14 sizes 1/2", 3/4", the position of body can be changed to suit different flow directions like left to right, top to bottom or right to left. A steam lock release (SLR) option is available to FTE Series Traps.
FTN Series Float and Thermostatic Trap
Steam trap shall be of float and thermostatic design. Float shall actuate the valve via a hinged lever and linkage. Air vent shall be of balanced pressure design with stainless steel welded encapsulated bellows capable of discharging air and noncondensable gases continuously within 15°F of saturated temperature. Traps through 1-1/4" shall employ "H" pattern connections to accommodate multiple piping configurations. Trap shall be cast iron bodied suitable for pressures to 125 psi and available in 3/4" through 2" NPT.
NFT250 Series Steam Trap
NFT250 Series are float and thermostatic steam traps. Float is free of levers, linkages or other mechanical connections. This float is weighted to maintain orientation and acts as the valve being free to modulate condensate through the seat ring. Air vent is balanced-pressure design with stainless steel welded encapsulated bellows capable of discharging air and non-condensable gases continuously within 15°F / -9.4°C of saturated temperature.
NFT650 Series Steam Trap
NFT 650 Series are float and thermostatic steam traps. Float is free of levers, linkages or other mechanical connections. This float is weighted to maintain orientation and acts as the valve being free to modulate condensate through the seat ring. Air vent is balanced-pressure design with stainless steel welded encapsulated bellows capable of discharging air and Nicholson NFT 650 Series Steam Trap non-condensable gases continuously within 15°F / -9.4°C of saturated temperature. Trap contains integral strainer and stainless steel exhaust port sleeve.

NTD600 Series Ssteam Trap
NTD600 Steam Trap is a thermodynamic design. Body is all stainless construction and hardened throughout. Seat is integral to body. Cover seals to body without gaskets or seals. Trap is suitable for pressures through 600 psi and available in 3/8" though 1.
UMT-TD Series Thermodynamic Steam Trap
The UMT-TD Series is a thermodynamic steam trap. The body is 304 stainless steel two bolt universal swivel construction with a stainless steel in line renewable Celtron® capsule. Celtron® capsule contains all working components and is hardened throughout. Seat is stress relieved to eliminate warping and trap is seal to body with spiral wound graphite gaskets. Trap is suitable for pressures through 450 psi / 31 bar and available in NPS 1/2 to 1 / DN 15 to 25 threaded or socketweld connections.

Type DFA Flange-Type Drain Orifice Assembly
Type DFA flange-type drain orifice assembly is an engineered, continuous flow device. The controlling element in the Drain Orifice Assembly is a flat stainless steel plate. The Assembly also consists of an inlet strainer-gasket, an orifice plate and an outlet gasket.
Type DUA Drain Union Assembly
Type DUA, Drain Union Assembly is an engineered continuous flow device. Consists of an inlet gasket, an orifice plate, an outlet gasket, an inlet housing, an outlet housing and a housing nut.
A complete assembly consisting of Y-strainer with required perforated basket, 4 in. nipple and drain union assembly is available upon request as a drain union module.

A Series Steam Trap
A Series Stem traps are a balanced pressure design with stainless steel welded actuator capable of discharging within 10°F of saturated temperature. Where greater sensitivity is required, SLT orifice and Sterilizer trim is available to allow condensate evacuation at or near saturated temperatures. Thermostatic actuators employ a conical valve lapped in matched sets with the seat ring assuring tight shut off. A minimum of two orifice sizes with the seat is available allowing for custom capacity sizing. Trap is bronze bodied suitable for pressures through 200 psig and available in 1/2" through 1" NPT connections.
B Series Steam Traps
B Series Steam traps are a balanced pressure design with stainless steel welded actuator capable of discharging condensate within 10°F of saturated temperature. Where greater sensitivity is required or protection from flash steam locking, a SLR orifice is available to allow condensate and flash steam evacuation at or near saturated temperatures. Thermostatic actuator employs a conical valve lapped in matched sets with the seat ring assuring tight shut off. Trap is cast iron or cast steel bodied suitable for pressures to 250 psig and available in 1/2" through 2" NPT.
C Series Steam Trap

C and CS Series are angle pattern trap and balanced pressure design with stainless steel, welded actuator capable of discharging condensate within 10°F / -12°C of saturated temperature.
For greater sensitivity or protection from flash steam locking, SLR orifice is available to allow condensate and flash steam evacuation at or near saturated temperatures.
N125 Series Thermostatic Steam Traps
N125 Steam trap is of balanced pressure design with stainless steel welded actuator capable of discharging condensate within 10°F of saturated temperature. Where greater sensitivity is required, SLR orifice and Sterilizer trim is available to allow condensate evacuation at or near saturated temperatures. Where subcooling of condensate is desired alternate thermostatic actuator is available to allow condensate evacuation at or near 40°F below saturated temperatures. N450 Series Thermostatic Steam Traps
A steam trap is a mechanical valve which discharges condensate, undesirable air and non-condensibles from a system while trapping or holding in, steam. Thermostatic steam traps operate in direct response to the temperature within the trap. N450 Series steam trap is a balanced pressure design with stainless steel welded actuator capable of discharging condensate within 10°F / -12°C of saturated temperature.
