Master Mixers

New Generation High-Low Systems
New Generation Leonard High-Low Systems provide economical new solutions for problems associated with oversized single thermostatic mixing valves. These precisely designed and preassembled systems employ a simple dual mixing valve arrangement to provide accurately mixed water temperature from extremely low flows of 1.0 GPM (1.8 or 3.7 l/m), to high flow requirements.

Megatron®
A Complete Prepackaged System
Leonard Megatron® Systems solve virtually all of the problems associated with oversized and improperly piped thermostatic water mizing valves. Megatron® is a complete prepackaged Water Temperature Control Station with dual valves, outlet test connection, balanced return piping and circulator all mounted on galvanized strut. Megatron® saves time, materials and problems with its quick, easy and foolproof installation.

High Capacity Systems
High Capacity Systems are specially designed for complex installations which require large capacities of mixed water such as convention hotels, or large prison, apartment or hospital installations. These systems use special pilot actuated regulators in a dual or triple mixing valve arrangement to provide high capacity maximum flow rates as well as low minimum flows.

Parallel Systems
Two New Generation High Low Systems mounted in parallel, each furnished with a large Type TM Thermostatic Water Mixing Valve and a small Type TM Thermostatic Water Mixing Valve to provide mixed water over a wide range of flow requirements.

Classic High-Low Systems
Leonard High-Low Systems solve problems which occur with oversized thermostatic mixing valves. These precisely designed and preassembled systems employ a dual mixing valve and pressure regulating valve arrangement to provide accurately mixed water temperature from extremely low flows of 0.5 or 1.0 GPM (1.8 or 3.7 l/m), to high flow requirements. Type TM Mixing Valves
Thermostatic Water Mixing Valves
Leonard Thermostatic Water Mixing Valves are powered by the exclusive DURA-trol® solid bimetal thermostat, which cannot puncture or lose power, and is linked directly to valve porting, to control the intake of hot water and cold water and to compensate for supply termperature or pressure fluctuations. DURA-trol® is highly responsive and provides mixed water temperatures according to ASSE Standard 1017 requirements, Adjustable High Temperature Limit Stop.

Cabinet Assemblies (Showers)
Cabinet assemblies include Type TM Thermostatic Water Mixing Valves with an outlet shutoff and dial thermometer, factory preassembled and conveniently mounted in a locked cabinet, constructed in stainless steel or baked white enamel finish models for multiple showers or process applications.

Leonard's Barrier Free Surfashower® Systems are designed to conply with ADA guidelines for mounting heights operation and clearances. Each factory assembled unit includes a stainless steel shower panel with recessed soap dish, shower valve (either pressure balanced or thermostatic) institutional shower head, lever diverter valve, hand shower, Horizontal-Corner Grab Bar and folding seat.

The pressure balanced valves feature a stainless steel pressure balancing piston and bronze construction. All pressure balanced valves are ADA compliant and certified to ASSE Standard 1016.

Thermostatic

The on/off control of multiple outlets from a single mixing valve is provided when there are multiple shower rooms or banks of showers.

Audio Visual High Temperature Alarm Units
An accurate and dependable audio-visual alarm which monitors mixed water temperature at the nurses station or elsewhere in health care facilities.

Dialysis
This special system provides controlled low flow water temperature for dialysis applications using a Leonard Photomaster® water mixing valve for process control, powered by the DURA-trol® solid bimetal thermostat.

Hydrotherapy Controls
Thermostatic Water Mixing Valves for patient bathing/showering, hydrotherapy, scrub sinks, specialized treatment or other institutional applications. These units are furnished as exposed assemblies or as cabinet mounted assemblies for recessed or exposed installation.

Swiss Showers
Leonard's Swiss Shower assembly provides an invigorating and satisfying special shower exclusively for hotels, clubs, spas and resorts. The assembly provides a large volume of tempered water to several banks of multiple spray heads. The jets of water from each head surround and massage clients in exhilarating comfort, while the attendant rapidly varies the temperature of the water from warm to cold using the assembly's diverting mechanism.

Hose Stations

Thermostatic Steam and Water Mixer
The Leonard Thermostatic Steam and Water Mixers supply hot water at controlled temperatures where desired. The DURA-trol® thermostat is constructed to withstand extreme temperatures and control the intake of steam or hot and cold water to control washdown temperatures. The Thermostatic Steam and Water Mixers include inlet hot and cold check and stop valves, outlet dial thermometer, backflow preventer and a stainless steel hose rack.

Auto-Shutoff Hose Stations
Automatic steam/water blender, manually adjustable with shutdown of steam on cold water supply failure, furnished with inlet stop and check valves, outlet dial thermometer, backflow preventer and hose rack.

Thermostatic Hose Station
The Leonard THS Hose Stations supply hot water at controlled temperatures where desired. The DURA-trol® thermostat is constructed to withstand extreme temperatures and control the intake of steam or hot and cold water to control washdown temperatures. The system includes inlet hot and cold check and stop valves, outlet dial thermometer, backflow preventer and a stainless steel hose rack. Factory assembled.

Manual Blender Hose Stations
Leonard Blenders provide service for hot water washdown, mixing steam and water or hot and cold water. The all bronze system includes two stop check valves with color coded heat resistant handles on the inlets , outlet dial thermometer, backflow preventer and stainless steel hose rack.

Stainless Steel Blender Hose Stations
Leonard Stainless Steel Manual Blenders provide service for water washdown, manually mixing hot and cold water. The all #316 stainless steel system includes two stop check valves with color coded heat resistant handles on the inlets, dial thermometer and stainless steel hose rack.

Single Temperature Controls
Leonard's Single Temperature Hose Stations are furnished with a volume control and shutoff valve with heat resistant handle, special bracket for direct wall mounting, and stainless steel hose rack.
