Lawler’s Manifold Pre-Piped Recirculation Systems offer engineers a pre-piped solution to solve jobsite challenges when installing mixing valves in a recirculated system. Lawler’s patented 800 Series High-Low Master Controllers increase the performance and cost effectiveness of this pre-piped system by controlling both high and low flows while providing Three-Way ProtectionTM.
Lawler’s Recirculation Systems is a turnkey unit which includes Lawler’s patented single valve high-low technology as well as an engineer specified recirculation pump, circuit setting balancing valve, thermometers, ball valves and mounting strut.
This complete solution is a part of Lawler’s Power of OneTM pre-piped, pre-packaged, pre-tested systems, intended to give you one point of design and one point of accountability.
Lawler Series 800 Recirculation Systems can be assembled using the 801, 802, 803, 804 or 805 master controllers.

Lawler’s Series 800 SEA Valve Basic Recirculation Systems have all the benefits of a Lawler recirculation system with the added ability to control local electronic adjustments of the hot water/recirculation system.
The SEA Valve Basic System control box offers a digital thermometer and electronic adjustment onsite. With the SEA Valve Basic System, end users can make electronic adjustments at the valve such as outlet temperature, and get instant feedback.
This system offers several forms of protection. First, it will prevent adjusting the valve when the recirculation pump is on and there is insufficient water flowing through the valve. Second, a security key feature prevents unauthorized temperature adjustments. Third, the unit comes with dry contacts for connection to your alarm system, alerting the end-user to a high temperature situation. Finally, Lawler's "Four-Way Protection" gives you all the benefits of the patented 800 Series valve (Three-Way ProtectionTM), with the added protection against electrical failure by maintaining the last set temperature throughout an outage.

Lawler’s Series 800 SEA Valve Deluxe Recirculation Systems have all the benefits of a Lawler recirculation system with the added ability to give your end user robust remote and local control (monitoring and adjustment) of the hot water/recirculation system.
The SEA Valve Deluxe System control box allows your end user to remotely monitor and adjust the valve and turn off the recirculation pump prior to temperature adjustment.
This Deluxe system offers several forms of protection. First, the Deluxe SEA Valve System will prevent unauthorized adjustments of the valve when the recirculation pump is on and there is insufficient water flowing through the valve. Second, the system's remote alarm system alerts end users of data feedback outside pre-set conditions. Third, password-protected security offers a wide range of system protections and authorizations. Fourth, with a patented 800 series valve at the heart of the system, you get the valve's well-known "Three-Way ProtectionTM" – but now you'll get "Four-Way Protection" because when power is lost to the building, the SEA Valve System maintains its last set temperature.
