All GP Series air-and-water-cooled portable chillers offer a leaving coolant temperature range of 20°F to 80°F (-7.5°C to 30°C). Sterling's GP Series offers 70-210 kW (20-60 tons of refrigeration) for their air-and-water-cooled portable chillers. Offering the smallest footprint in the industry, the GP Series is also the first product line to utilize environmentally friendly R410a refrigerant.

Sterlco® SMC 2-3.5 portable chillers feature environmentally friendly R410a refrigerant for increased process efficiency, a 6 gallon polyethylene reservoir, branch motor fusing, and a non-fused disconnect switch with single point power connection. These portable chillers have high reliability because there are fewer moving parts than reciprocating compressors; there is less rotating mass and internal friction, and no suction and discharge valves. |
